It was time to change rooms for Jackson, so we could get the nursery ready for miss Campbell. Jackson's new big boy room was going to have a razorback theme. I found these great iron sports figures at The Purple Armadillo and added the wall cling sayings to add that arkansas razorback touch! He got a twin bed, with a very special blanket/quilt made by his Great Grandma Barb, with razorback bedding and curtains also. He also has a razorback pennant, piggy bank, night light and lamp to accessorize the room. He loves his new room and gets SUPER excited when friends and family come over to show them his new room!
The nursery...Campbell''s room is exactly what I had invisioned. I fell in love with the penelope bedding from pottery barn kids and just went with the whole birdie theme. We painted the room pink and did a darker pink stripe below the chair rail all the way around the room. I did a wall cling of her name and birdies above the crib and a tree with birdies and frames to fill with family pictures and baby pictures of her. My friend, Lindsey Kelley did the best birdie canvas on the shelf and I made the green dot memo board for her bows!
I fell in love with this curtain fabric and asked my mom and grandma to make me blackout curtains for her room. They turned out GREAT!!! Thank you so much, ama and granmmie barb!
I just love the bumper and birdie crib sheet. I had my grandmother add the pink minky dot to the inside of the bumper because it was all white and wanted something soft and of course not white with baby messes :)
