A day ALL about daddy....

Sunday was fathers day and all cameron wanted was a day with his kiddos (and me)! So, we ate at the cracker barrel for breakfast, then went Lowe's to get some tools and stain for some projects around the house. We then were going to take a walk, but it was WAY TOO hot! We also went to several stores looking for a guitar toy for Jackson (b/c jackson won't part with his cousin anna's). Then it was off to dinner at Mah Dah's for one of his favorite meals...beef stroganoff! The kids and I are so BLESSED for a wonderful father and husband in our lives! We treasure our time with him dearly!

The other night we were hanging out back with the kids on the playset (as we do many nights) and Cameron said to me he gets this wonderful feeling with Jackson calls him "Dad", not Daddy. He was saying "how am i so lucky to have kids and get to have these special times and moments and wonderful feelings of fatherhood"! "am I old enough, wise enough to be a father?"

I am so thankful for Cameron and all he does for our family, as the provider, trash taker outer, late night baby feeder and diaper changer...just to name a few recent appreciated ones in our house these day..... I wouldn't be able to live with out him!

I also think about my father on fathers day, as i truly miss him! I love to think about all he did for me and our family. Another quote I came across fits how I feel about my father in the time i got to spend with him, hear on earth!!
